Real estate has been a part of my life from the very beginning. "Dad, why do you always work on Sundays?" And, "Mom, why were you typing on that computer in the middle of the night?" — My parents were entrepreneurs, and new construction sales is where they found traction in Boise's early 2000s market.

Fast forward 25 years, and I found myself in the midwest, post-MBA, and loving the field of data science. I cut my teeth on the science of mortgage sales, then led a team of 10 data scientists supporting one of the largest project management software platforms for home builders. In both jobs, the learning curve was steep, but each contributed to the formation of a pragmatic approach to integrating tech into the Built World.
